you and your body language

Be aware of your body language !!

Body language which is a part of nonverbal communication is very important.... We might be surprised by the fact that the 93 percent of communication is nonverbal. It was fantastic that we do not realized if we communicate much more than what we expect to do.

To the best of my knowledge, communication is defined as the transferring idea, thought, feelings, or information from the communicator to the communicant. In daily life, communication is often associated to the activity of producing words or sentences which is called as the verbal communication. People do not release that they communicate in silent way –called nonverbal- more than what they do in verbal ways. The message in verbal communication is transferring from the direct communicator to the direct communicant, whereas the message in nonverbal communication can be received by the indirect communicant. For example, when you are wearing school uniform and walk in hurry in the morning, the policeman who is standing beside the traffic light knows that you are in hurry and helps you to cross the road. The response and feedback he gives indicate that he receives your massage.

Surprisingly, the nonverbal massage is sometimes has stronger impact than the verbal massage. People tend to trust to the body language you express rather than to the words you say. It may easy to lie/not tell the truth about your feeling, but always hard to express your selves in inappropriate expression. So, even people don’t complain when you are lying, they might be creating a negative image of you.

So, will you keep saying the lie ??
